Contact & Booking Info: Name, phone number, email address, vehicle year/make/model, and service address when you book an appointment or request a quote.

Payment Info: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.

Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source collected automatically via Google Analytics (GA4) and standard server logs.

Communications: Any messages you send us by email, phone, or through our booking form.
